You will find Mind, Body & Soul close to the first roundabout in Quinta do Lago. From the Vitacress road, take the last exit on roundabout one and pass the offices of Quinta do Lago on your right. Shortly after, turn left into Valverde. Turn immediately right then park in the car park on your left. From here there are stairs down to the tennis courts and our salon.
